Return Policy

We are so very grateful for your business. We know you work hard for your money, and that's why we won't sell anything we wouldn't purchase with our own. That said, sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please familiarize yourself with our return policy before making any purchases.

When your order arrives, please inspect it. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery at info@letusdare.world and we will do our best to make things right.

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name and address

  • Your order number 

  • The item in question

  • A clear photo(s) if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

 

Please do not return any item(s) without hearing back from us first. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Let Us Dare is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly and, if that does not solve the issue, please contact us by email at info@letusdare.world and we may be able to help.
